Refund policy

Purple Potato Studio LLC does not offer refunds. All payments — including one-time design fees and recurring monthly hosting fees — are final and non-refundable once charged.

If you no longer wish to use our service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your site will remain online through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. See our cancellation policy for details.

Disputed charges

If you believe a charge was made in error or you were billed for a service you did not authorize, contact us at hello@purplepotato.io within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for an authorized payment without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your subscription and the site going offline.
