Cancellation policy

You can cancel your Purple Potato subscription at any time, for any reason, with no early-termination fee or cancellation charge.

How to cancel

Sign in to your dashboard at purplepotato.io and click Cancel subscription. You'll be taken to our payment provider's portal to confirm. The cancellation is immediate and you will not be charged again.

If you can't access your account, email us at hello@purplepotato.io from the email address on your subscription and we will cancel it for you within one business day.

What happens when you cancel

Your subscription remains active and your site stays online through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, your site will go offline and we will no longer host or maintain it.

We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period — see our refund policy.

Restoring after cancellation

If you wish to restore service after cancellation, contact us and we will set up a new subscription. Depending on how long the site has been offline, a fresh setup fee may apply.
